For standard 48"x40" pallets, choose a cover that matches the pallet footprint with a height that exceeds your typical load height by at least 12 inches for tucking. Our covers range from 48" to 97" tall. For 48"x48" pallets, use our wider covers. If your pallets are non-standard or your load heights vary significantly, contact us with your dimensions and we will recommend the right cover sizes. Most logistics operations stock 2-3 cover heights to accommodate different load configurations.

Container rain (also called cargo sweat) occurs when warm, moist air inside a shipping container or trailer condenses on the container walls and ceiling as external temperatures drop — usually overnight or when freight moves from warm to cold regions. Water droplets fall from the ceiling onto cargo, causing moisture damage. Prevention includes pallet covers to deflect condensation, box liners to protect individual products, and desiccant strips to absorb excess moisture inside the container.
