The logistics industry runs on consistency and reliability. A packaging supplier that delivers inconsistent quality or cannot maintain supply consistency creates ripple effects across the supply chain — delayed shipments, damaged products, and unhappy end customers. We provide dedicated support for logistics accounts that need reliable, recurring supply.

Pallet covers are one of the most critical protective packaging products in freight and warehousing. Palletized goods are exposed to dust, moisture, and contamination during warehouse storage, dock staging, and open-air transit. A simple pallet cover provides effective, low-cost protection that prevents costly product damage claims. Available in standard sizes for 48x40 and 48x48 pallets with heights to match any load configuration.

Moisture damage during freight transit is one of the most common cargo claims in the logistics industry. Temperature changes during cross-country truck freight cause condensation inside trailers (known as "container rain" or "cargo sweat"), which can damage unprotected products. Poly bags, box liners, and pallet covers create moisture barriers that protect products from this condensation damage. For moisture-sensitive freight, the cost of proper poly protection is a fraction of the cost of a single damage claim.

The Port of Los Angeles and Port of Long Beach are the busiest container ports in the Western Hemisphere, and the surrounding Inland Empire region is one of the largest warehousing and distribution concentrations in the world. Logistics companies in this region handle freight for the entire western United States and beyond. We supply these operations with the packaging products they need to protect goods through every stage of the supply chain — from port receiving to warehouse storage to final delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about poly bags and packaging for shipping & logistics packaging.

For standard 48"x40" pallets, choose a cover that matches the pallet footprint with a height that exceeds your typical load height by at least 12 inches for tucking. Our covers range from 48" to 97" tall. For 48"x48" pallets, use our wider covers. If your pallets are non-standard or your load heights vary significantly, contact us with your dimensions and we will recommend the right cover sizes. Most logistics operations stock 2-3 cover heights to accommodate different load configurations.

Yes. We stock hand stretch film for manual pallet wrapping and machine stretch film for automated stretch wrappers. Available in multiple gauges, widths, and roll lengths. Hand film in 80 gauge is the most popular for manual warehouse operations. Machine film is available in pre-stretched and standard formulations for different wrapper types. Contact us for stretch film specifications and pricing.

Use a three-layer approach for maximum moisture protection: pallet covers over the load to block rain and condensation from above, box liners inside individual boxes to create a per-box moisture barrier, and stretch wrap to seal everything together and prevent moisture entry from the sides. This combination protects against the condensation ("container rain") that forms inside trailers during cross-country freight transit when temperatures change.

Container rain (also called cargo sweat) occurs when warm, moist air inside a shipping container or trailer condenses on the container walls and ceiling as external temperatures drop — usually overnight or when freight moves from warm to cold regions. Water droplets fall from the ceiling onto cargo, causing moisture damage. Prevention includes pallet covers to deflect condensation, box liners to protect individual products, and desiccant strips to absorb excess moisture inside the container.

Yes. We deliver throughout the Inland Empire — Ontario, Riverside, San Bernardino, Moreno Valley, Perris, and the entire IE warehouse corridor. This region is one of the largest warehouse concentrations in the country, and we supply logistics operations throughout the area. Local delivery available on stock items. We also deliver throughout Los Angeles County and Orange County.

Pallet covers are the most cost-effective protection for palletized freight. A single cover costs a few dollars and prevents damage claims that can run hundreds or thousands of dollars per pallet. For added protection, combine a pallet cover with stretch wrap to create a sealed barrier. The total cost per pallet is minimal compared to the cost of a single moisture, dust, or contamination damage claim.

Our LDPE products perform well across the temperature range encountered in cold chain logistics, from refrigerated warehouses to frozen freight. LDPE maintains flexibility at low temperatures, unlike some materials that become brittle. For frozen product packaging, we recommend 1.5-2 mil minimum gauge for adequate cold-temperature performance. Our bags and film are used throughout the cold chain for produce, frozen food, pharmaceutical, and temperature-sensitive freight.

We supply pallet covers in standard case packs that work with most pallet cover dispensing systems and can be stored efficiently in warehouse racking. For high-volume operations that go through hundreds of covers per day, we offer pallet quantities at significant volume discounts. Contact us to discuss your daily cover consumption and we will recommend the most efficient packaging and delivery format.
